Course Description

This course is specifically for student who purchased Untangle With Ease, a group organizing workshop for photo hobbyists.

The course is great, and if you follow the process and join the group Work It Out sessions, you will always be able to find the photo you need...when you need it.

Courses are a great way to help a lot of people at the same time, but sometimes my clients want a personalized experience. Normally it's due to a fear of technology or concern they make "break something." In Untangle With Ease, there are weekly Work It Out sessions, where my students join a video call and organize their photos in real time. I'm on all these calls to provide support if someone gets stuck.

This package is for students who want 1-on-1 Work It Out sessions with me.

When you purchase this package, you'll get:

  1. Four 30-minute Work It Out sessions with me. You're free to schedule all sessions back-to-back, but I recommend scheduling them separately. There are four areas in the course - Centralize, Organize, Protect, and Maintenance - so ideally each session will be focused on one area.
  2. 30 days of unlimited email support. Anytime you get stuck or have questions, you can email me your questions (for 30 days). Day 1 of email support begins on the day of our first 45-minute session or your first email to me, whichever comes first.

You can take as long as you need to complete the four 30-minute sessions. But please note the unlimited email support expires after 30 days.

Yolanda helps people untangle and make sense of their digital lives. Out of necessity, her technology and digital organization skills have blossomed over the years. It started when she was a kid, living in a really small home, she learned how to organize her room and keep it clutter-free.Later, as she started working, she always found herself thrown into situations where her technology and organizing skills were put to the test. Including being in charge of all digital assets at a company that loved to celebrate and took pictures and videos of everything. She learned to be mindful of how these digital assets were organized because other people had to be able to find things without her assistance.
